1. Conduct in-depth analysis of the Australian wine industry and develop innovative marketing strategies to drive sales growth and strengthen brand visibility.

2. Identify market trends and support the development of new wine products that align with evolving consumer preferences.

3. Prepare detailed reports providing insights into brand performance, marketing activities, pricing analysis, sales outcomes, and competitive dynamics.

4. Plan and manage the annual marketing budget and promotional calendar, implementing creative campaigns tailored to specific market segments.

5. Collaborate with the Cellar Door Manager to organise brand promotions, tasting events, and marketing activities that enhance customer engagement.

6. Represent the winery at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to build brand awareness and reputation.

7. Create and oversee marketing materials across digital and traditional channels.

8. Manage online platforms, including the company website and social media accounts (e.g. Facebook), while monitoring wine-related digital communities.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- marketing, ideally within the wine, beverage, FMCG: 3 years (preferred)
