**Training**
Our cleaners quickly become 5 star cleaning professionals - and most had only ever cleaned their own house before they started

We teach you exactly you how to get incredible results (while getting paid) - which means happy clients. Happy clients make for enjoyable work days.

**Products and equipment**
We pride ourselves on our super high standard of cleaning so our products and equipment are very high quality (that means you don't have to work as hard trying to get the job done with inadequate tools).

We use organic and natural Australian-made products because:

- Parents don’t want toxic chemicals around their families
- We don’t want you to have to work with them either
- The products we use, work (really well)

We provide you with a nice uniform and all your equipment.

Sooo that's what we do.

**Here are some things we don't do**:

- Work nights or weekends
- Move-out cleans, or commercial cleans - we only clean homes for families
- Clean houses solo. We always work in teams
- Pay our teams only for the time they spend on a job. You're paid from the start until the end of your shift (pssst, that means you're paid to travel between jobs)

**Hours**

Before you're given a full client load, we make sure you have all the training, tools and knowledge you need to feel confident. That means lots of on-site practice and support while you're learning.

- **Willingness to learn** our stellar cleaning system (whether you have 10 years experience or none).
- **Driver's licence and a vehicle** to get you to and from Hampton in Bayside Melbourne
- **Covid vaccination certificate**:

- **Sense of urgency**. We don't rush around (that's not fun - and it leads to slip ups) but when we're on, we're ON. We work within set timeframes which form part of our KPIs.
- **Sense of humour** is always a great bonus
