**Full-Time Store Manager - Incu, Chadstone, VIC**:
Reporting in the first instance to the State Operations Manager, the Incu Store Manager will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of the store, as well as setting customer service standards and launching initiatives to hit sales targets. The Store Manager needs to help develop and motivate a team, whilst ensuring everyone adheres to company policies and procedures. Working as part of an enthusiastic team, the role of the Store Manager is to deliver high-quality customer service and outstanding product knowledge. The Store Manager is responsible overall for every aspect of general shop maintenance and stock merchandising while promoting and enhancing the positive image and culture of Incu.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily operations of business and ensure sales goals/KPI's are met
- Manage a team of 30+ team members
- Direct employees in daily operations such as serving customers, inventory taking, reconciling cash and managing in store marketing
- Attend staff meetings and/ or training nights
- Assigns duties to relevant employees
- Conduct hiring and onboarding of new employees
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
- Track and manage inventory at store
- Deal with staff performance and discipline in accordance to the Incu Company Policy
- Visual Merchandising
**Qualifications**:
- 3 - 5 years of retail and retail management experience
- Demonstrated ability to train employees and be an effective salesperson
- Strong customer service, management and communication skills
