We are seeking a male support worker who is bilingual and can speak Arabic, while also being fluent in English.

As a Support Worker at Wellness Care, you will play a vital role in assisting and supporting individuals in achieving their goals and leading fulfilling lives. Your compassionate and dedicated approach will directly contribute to improving the overall well-being and quality of life for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
2. Implement individualised care plans and support strategies in collaboration with the care team.
3. Foster a positive and supportive environment for clients, promoting their emotional well-being and social interaction.
4. Assist with medication administration and management, adhering to established protocols.
5. Accompany clients to appointments, community activities, and outings, ensuring their safety and engagement.
6. Document and maintain accurate records of clients' progress, activities, and any incidents in accordance with company policies.

**Qualifications**:
1. Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent experience
2. Working with children check
3. Comprehensive car insurance
5. Full Australian license
6. ABN
7. Current First aid/CPR
8. Fully vaccinated
9. Police check
10. NDIS Worker Screening Check

**Languages**:
English

Pay: $33.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 50 per week
