**About the opportunity**

We are opening our doors at City Cave Braybrook shortly and have various role opportunities available. These include Cave Divers (school age employees), Float Attendants (Front of House employees) and an Assistant Manager. These roles suit someone who loves to support our clients through exceptional customer service ensuring the best City Cave experience is provided to every client.

**Float Attendant Key Responsibilities**
- Adhere to the City Cave Client Experience expectations.
- Clean Service rooms.
- Complete daily and weekly reports for Management.
- Administration and Diary Management.
- Respond to all customer feedback and enquiries promptly.
- Ensure all facilities and services are in a safe and operational capacity.
- Maintain sales and second line of income targets.

We are a busy centre, and open until 9 pm 7 days per week so the ability to work the evenings is highly desirable.
