**About us**:
The **Finance Team** at **Lutheran Services** is based in our Support Centre in Milton, Brisbane. Our work supports and contributes to the wonderful services that Lutheran Services delivers.

**About the role**:
You will join a multi-skilled team that ensures we deliver thorough and accurate financial processes and deliver client-focused service in all our interactions with members of the public and stakeholders.

Your tasks will be varied; however, your key responsibilities are to:

- Prepare resident and client agreements
- Maintain resident and client Masterfile data, process billing on a fortnightly basis and liaise with Government Departments, residents and their families and admin staff at Lutheran Services sites
- Keep updated records and processes in line with Government requirements
- Respond to queries in a respectful and understanding way.

**This is a 12 month fixed term position, offering 76 hours per for fortnight.**

**About you**:
You are ready to join a team in a role that blends finance know-how with compassion for the community we serve. Ideally you will have:

- Experience in a similar role, and be eligible for access to Proda
- Strong procedural, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines.
