Our client is a leading pureplay ecommerce company within the fashion industry sector, that continues to grow and expand, within an innovative team environment.

Reporting to the Directors, this newly created stand-alone role will suit an experienced People & Culture Manager who is passionate about building a world-class recruiting lifecycle and employer brand.

You will be responsible for supporting the employee life cycle, working with stakeholders across the business, assist with HR related matters, build best practices around people management, and of course contribute to initiatives that build on an already positive work environment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Be the first point of contact for all HR related queries
- Lead and develop the People & Culture strategy to support the business
- Work with the leadership team to determine talent priorities and develop a strategy to attract, retain and engage employees
- Contribute to the development of initiatives to ensure a high performing and engaged culture
- Managing end to end recruitment from writing job ads, interviews, reference checks through to letter of offers
- Develop and conduct a formal on-boarding and off-boarding processes
- Provide HR related advice to managers and employees, whether that be for performance improvement, providing feedback/coaching or supporting issues
- Manage performance reviews, supporting line managers and employees through the process
- Develop and implement relevant policies and procedures, to ensure best practice and legal compliance

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- 3 + years within a similar People & Culture or HR role
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline
- Ideally have worked within an ecommerce, fashion, technology or consumer products environment
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation and dispute resolution skills
- A friendly and approachable personality
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously, yet collaboratively
