The role is also accountable for meeting and exceeding company-wide expectations in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, attendance, attitude/teamwork; cross training in all areas of assembly will be provided.

Production team members tasks include but not limited to, small job / lot assembly, part number stamping, gluing and kitting. Prioritise customer work orders and complete required assembly of connector materials for rush orders first; verify material quality and quantity counts at each work station and complete work orders according to requested ship date.

**Preferred Experience but not required**:

- Any of the following certifications: J-STD, IPC-610, and/or IPC-620
- Electronics Manufacturing Experience
- Associates or Electronics Education
- Blue prints / schematics
- Distribution or Manufacturing experience

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Good attitude and attendance
- Willingness to learn

- Excellent eye-hand coordination.
- Demonstrate positive attitude and team work orientation.
- Detail oriented with strong quality and productivity orientation.
- Dependable, flexible and focused orientation.
- Ability to work with adhesives/chemicals.
- Good verbal and written English language skills.
- Ability to read and comprehend written work instructions.
- Ability to count accurately and perform simple maths.
- Interacts effectively with individuals and groups inside and outside the organisation.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move objects up to 10kgs on a frequent basis using proper lifting techniques.

Pay: $25.00 - $34.00 per hour
