- This role is **part time 30 hours per week**. You would be required to work 1 full weekend on and then have the following 2 off. There is flexibility on the other days that would be rostered on.
- This role is perfect for anyone looking for work life balance or returning to the work force.
- As our Assistant Store Manager, you will be the right-hand person to our Store Manager and an integral part of our retail family. Your role will be as dynamic as it is fun, with responsibilities including:_
- _Assisting in the day-to-day operations, from ensuring the store is visually stunning to managing inventory and optimising product displays._
- _Leading and motivating our amazing sales team, fostering a positive and energetic work environment._
- _Delivering top-notch customer service and going above and beyond to make every customer's visit memorable._
- _Problem-solving like a superhero, resolving challenges and making quick, effective decisions._
- _Contributing to the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets._
- _Ensure a safe environment for our customers and your team_
- _Deliver business objectives_
