Parts Interpreter

SWEA is an industry-leading importer and distributor supplying high quality new OEM & OES European automotive parts. We are a family owned business and have been in operation for over 35 years, establishing a well-respected reputation and large customer base.

Due to the booming European car market & ongoing growth, there is an opportunity to join the new parts team at our premises located in Tempe, Sydney.

We are seeking an experienced Parts advisor for a permanent position working Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm within a close-knit team.

As a Parts advisor, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Liaising with Customers
- Identify the make, model & variations of motor vehicle parts
- Identify, locate and source required parts
- Receive orders & order parts from internal & external suppliers
- Stocktaking and inventory control

To be considered for this position, you will ideally meet the following criteria:

- Parts interpreting experience.
- Exposure to factory electronic parts catalogues.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Team player, motivated, organised and well presented.

As we are a specialist parts supplier, experience in European marques would be highly regarded. However, those with a dealership parts or aftermarket supplier background, looking for a change of direction in a growing market are encouraged to apply.
