**About the role**

Reporting to the Compensation and Benefits Manager, you will have a key role as the go-between the regional payroll team and the local HR stakeholders.
- Compile HR data and metrics from the HRIS and payroll outputs
- Adhoc admin support such as contracts, HR Correspondence and update employment records
- Support HR projects and initiatives as required
- Be the main point of contact for all queries relating to time and attendance system
- Coordinate pay rule set up
- Be the point of contact on all HR systems
- Training business and HR team on system and processes
- Ensure compliance is followed (e.g. data accuracy, processes etc.)
- Assist with system upgrades/ implementations

**About you**
- A positive hands-on and can do approach
- The ability to work autonomously and to meet deadlines
- Experience in analysing complex & big data and presenting data in a simple format
- Advanced in Power BI
- Experience with HR systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication

**Requirements**:

- Willingness to undergo a National Police check and Employment Medical
- Experience in Power BI
- Sound experience in a similar role
