**BRIEF DESCRIPTION, GENERAL TO ROLE**

**Key responsibilities**: Classroom teacher, teaching a single year level between Years 3-6, teaching all aspects of The Australian Curriculum as pertinent to that year level. _(Science, LOTE, PE, Health, and Performing Arts are taught by specialist teachers at Cedar College.)_

**Personal Requirements**: Bachelor of Primary Education or equivalent, along with a desire to implement evidence-based teaching approaches. You will need to demonstrate a sincere commitment to Jesus Christ, the philosophy of Christian Education, and be actively involved in your local church.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAINING**
- **Approved teacher education qualification, registered as a teacher in South Australia.**:

- A current Working with Children Check.
- A current RRHAN-EC certificate (Responding to the Risk of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education and Care training).
- Protective Practices online course completion.
