Recovery Assistant

We are seeking a **motivated, enthusiastic, and confident** Recovery Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a **vital part in ensuring our studio runs smoothly**, while providing **exceptional service** to our clients and helping them on their recovery journeys.

This position is ideal for someone who is **comfortable making outbound calls**, has **previous sales or lead management experience**, and thrives in a people-first, wellness-driven environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Management & Client Outreach**

Proactively **contact and follow up with leads**, answer inquiries, and promote our services. You’ll play a key role in **driving client engagement and conversions**, so confidence on the phone is essential.
- **Sales-Oriented Client Engagement**

Conduct studio tours and educate potential clients about our recovery modalities, helping them understand how our services can meet their unique wellness needs.
- **Studio Maintenance**

Keep the studio clean and organized, ensuring all equipment and areas are well-maintained and ready for client use.
- **Sauna Cleaning**

Regularly clean and maintain saunas to ensure a hygienic and comfortable experience for our clients.
- **Member Relations**

Build strong relationships with members by understanding their recovery, rehabilitation, and wellness goals, and ensuring they feel supported.
- **Client Assistance**

Help clients destress, recover, and heal through our various wellness offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- **Confident making phone calls** and communicating persuasively with both warm and cold leads.
- **Previous sales or lead management experience is strongly preferred.**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service or wellness industries is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of recovery modalities and therapies is desirable but not required.
