Retirement Village Grounds Maintenance Officer

We provide community services and residential and in home aged care services. Located in Laidley, only a short stroll to the town centre, **Tabeel** is surrounded by lovely gardens where residents can enjoy the sunshine, potter in the garden or spend time with family.

**About the role**:
As a Grounds and Maintenance worker, you will be responsible for:

- Maintaining the gardens and grounds
- Completing maintenance tasks around the property where required.
- Ensuring equipment and garden materials are utilised in a responsible and safe manner.
- Ensuring any work undertaken is within the scope of expertise of this role and refer any additional work back to the relevant coordinator.

Working to reduce risk and bring new risks to the attention of the service coordinator.
- Advising the service coordinator of significant changes in the client’s capacity and/or if the client requests a different service mix.
- Undertaking administrative duties associated with the role.

This position is part time, 45 hours per fortnight (Tues, Thurs & Fri each week)
