**Position Overview**:

**Leadership and Management**:

- Lead and manage store staff.
- Upholding our brand standards & values.

**Operations**:

- Oversee daily store operations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste.

**Customer Service**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and drive store loyalty.

**Sales and Marketing**:

- Develop and implement strategies to increase store sales.
- Coordinate promotions and marketing initiatives.
- Analyse sales data and adjust business strategies accordingly.

**Financial Management**:

- Motivate team towards daily sales targets.
- Monitor store figures and manage the day as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the food industry.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year
