- **Operational Excellence**: Oversee store operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness while meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
- **Team Development**: Recruit, mentor, and nurture a diverse team, promoting an inclusive and dynamic work environment.
- **Communication**: Maintain strong communication with store team members to ensure alignment and clarity on goals and expectations.
- **Customer Focus**: Prioritize exceptional customer service, creating positive and memorable interactions.
- **Brand Alignment**: Passionate about Samsung and aligned with our company’s core values.
- **Exceptional Customer Experience**: Proven ability to create positive and memorable customer interactions.
- **Availability**: Flexible with full-time availability, including late-night trade and weekends.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year as an Assistant Store Manager or in a similar role with strong sales experience. No prior technology experience required You will be trained on all technical aspects of the role. All you need is your exceptional people skills.
