**THE ROLE**
The Housing Growth and Commercial Development Branch has two VPS 4 Project Support Officer roles available in the Community Housing Unit. The role contributes to a variety of complex projects throughout the delivery phase for new social and affordable housing.
The Project Support Officer will be responsible for supporting the Community Housing Unit, Delivery Team in the administration of contracts (including State Contribution Agreements and Funding Deeds) from contract execution to contract end date. This will include but not be limited to projects within the Social Housing Growth Fund and the Building Works - Housing
- Maintenance Stimulus Program.
**ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE**
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of reports, ministerial briefs, cabinet and agency submissions on a range of matters.
- Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders to facilitate a partnership approach.
- Manage the procurement of assigned projects and engagements, ensuring they are completed on time and on budget to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
