**The Company**
Our client has been a global leader in the FMCG beverage industry for over 50 years, providing much loved products & service to their extensive client base all over the world. The Australian business has experienced a strong growth period in the last 2 years, due to a high performing product mix and strong operational team to support this. Due to an internal promotion, they are looking for a Retail Merchandiser to join the team. The position is a 3 day a week flexible part-time role. A car allowance, laptop, phone, and bonus is also provided for this role.

**The Role**
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Merchandiser would be responsible for:

- Support of the state sales team
- Maintain a regular call cycle
- Providing necessary training and sales support to retail stores
- Managing relationships with retailers within designated sales area
- Maintaining Store Standards to agreed levels
- POS implementation across all retail outlets
- Reporting in the CRM system
- Identifying and implementing sales opportunities through merchandising and in-store
- marketing
- Planogram understanding and execution

**Preferred Experience**
The successful applicant ideally will have:

- Current drivers licence & vehicle (you will receive a car allowance)
- Previous retail merchandising experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and positive
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to plan & manage your time
