Procedures Analyst

For our Head office team in the Chullora office, we are seeking a Procedures Analyst to join us in a full-time permanent position.

**DUTIES WILL INCLUDE**
- Analyse existing procedures, methods and systems within Central Business Services, including but not limited to Supply Chain, Inventory Management, General Admin, Finance, Product Management.
- Verify and document processes and procedures, flow charts and job descriptions
- Specify objectives and strategies to improve general business performance.
- Propose changes / improvements to processes, procedures, methods in close cooperation with GM and department stakeholders.
- Assist in implementation of agreed changes / improvements, assuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Training staff on updated procedures and best practices.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- Bachelor degree in a related field
- 2 years experience in a related field
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, adapting in a fast-paced environment
- Highly reliable
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- High level of computer literacy, particularly in MS Office.
- Hands-on attitude
- Team player
- Willingness to occasionally travel domestically

Pay: $75,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
