- **Pearl & Ash Cafe is looking for the Best Barista's in the business to serve the best coffee on the Gold Coast at our newly renovated Cafe.

**We have Full-time Hours and above award hourly rates available for a highly experienced Barista.**
- Apart from having a passion for coffee, we are looking for someone with the following:

- 2 years Barista experience (highly regarded)
- Exceptional Customer Service experience
- Have the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to demonstrate a sound working knowledge of coffee making techniques.
- Be able to clean and maintain a commercial coffee machine and grinder.
- Be reliable, well presented and friendly.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gold Coast, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
