We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join the Compass Group Australia team on a full time basis, located within our newly renovated Perth head office. We offer flexibility in our working ours and the opportunity to work from home
**The Role**:
As the AP Officer you will work closely with the procurement team, finance and operational stakeholders. You will be focused on the end-to-end accounts payable function and business expense systems including SAP Concur and our auditing tool Appzen. In addition, you will be tasked with preparing management reports for internal stakeholders, reconciliation of supply chain finance supplier accounts, supplier maintenance inclusive of new supplier setup, existing maintenance, rebate creations, term creations and cost centre management, utilise Converga, out paperless accounts payable system, enter one-off manual supplier invoices and employee expenses, undertake foreign invoice and manual deskbank linking and update and develop SOPs of new processes.
