**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Managing Personal Injury Commercial Claims, ensuring workers receive the entitlements they deserve.
- Reviewing medical, financial, and rehabilitation reports to make thorough and accurate claim assessments.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to provide proactive, timely case management.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to injured workers, employers, and legislative bodies.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Relevant Experience**: Whether you come from Workers Compensation claims, portfolio management, or call centre operations, your expertise matters. A psychology background is highly desirable.
- **Team-Oriented**: Be part of a strong, supportive team focused on delivering excellent customer service.
- **Strong Communicator**: Exceptional listening and communication skills to build rapport and handle a high-volume workload with empathy.
- **Negotiation & Resilience**: Ability to navigate complex information, negotiate effectively, and manage sensitive cases with resilience.
- **Bonus**: Allied Health or Psychology experience will set you apart.
