**Proactive Security Management**:

- Can assess environments and identify and deescalate potential risks before they escalate.
- Show initiative by constantly monitoring surroundings and addressing security concerns in a discreet, efficient manner.
- Stay alert and prepared, ensuring all protocols are followed without being disruptive to the event flow.
- Collaborate seamlessly with event coordinators and staff to ensure smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in the security industry.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Must have a NSW 1A security licence, valid first aid and valid RSA.

Pay: $33.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- On call
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- 1A Security licence, First aid and RSA (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

**Location**:

- Sydney NSW 2000 (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
