**About Goodstart Rostrevor**:
At Goodstart Rostrevor, we pride ourselves on creating a supportive and enriching environment for both children and staff. Our centre, catering to 89 children, features unique indoor and outdoor learning environments, including sensory gardens, pebbled creek beds, teepees, and a dining hub that connects to our onsite kitchen.

We prioritise flexibility, offering a rotating six-monthly roster to accommodate educators with young children and to ensure work-life balance. Our team is diverse, with members speaking Mandarin, Portuguese, Chinese, Afghan, and Indian languages. With strong connections to our local community, we regularly engage with local schools, SAPOL, SA Fire, and various charities.

Our new team members receive comprehensive support through an induction day, guidance folders, and ongoing professional development during bi-monthly staff meetings. At Goodstart Rostrevor, we are dedicated to providing high-quality care and a collaborative, fun work atmosphere, celebrating events like PJ day and Chinese New Year

**You’ll need**:
Cert III in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Current SA Working with Children Check
