**Are you a Pinnacle Person? Then you will have the following**
- Prior experience in Aged Care Facilities or Healthcare settings will be highly regarded
- **Mandatory prerequisite to have a recent Flu Vaccination **and able to provide evidence of this
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of HACCP
- The ability to work within the guidelines of an approved Food Safety Plan
- Understanding of dietary requirements
- Experience in front & back of house operations
- Previous placement in a variety of kitchens across short order meals, banquet food preparation and sandwich making
- A high-level of personal presentation & communication skills
- Attention to detail with a commitment the highest level of service
- The ability to prioritise and manage tasks
- A current Food Hygiene and Handling Certificate or willing to obtain one
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations including booster if eligible
- Police Check or willing to obtain one
- VIC Employee Working with Children Check highly regarded

**Have the following uniform or willing to obtain**:

- Black tailored trousers, plain black t-shirt, skull cap and black apron, black enclosed leather look shoes (suitable for the kitchen)
