Flower Power is Australia's largest Garden & Landscape Centre group with 10 retail stores across Sydney. We grow, import & sell a diverse range of products such as plant-life, landscape materials, outdoor furniture, home-wares and gift-wares at our Centres.

We are recruiting for a FULL TIME individual for Nursery Maintenance.

You will:

- Primarily be responsible for the ongoing maintenance of all site gardens, staff and customer amenities and the removal of all rubbish from the nursery, shop, landscape and carpark areas.
- You are required to maintain an efficient clean and organised work environment.
- Gardens must be appropriately cared for i.e., watered, pruned, weeded and fed.
- You are responsible for all equipment used in, such as hoses, watering wands, brooms, rakes, dust pans, blowers and secateurs. All equipment should be treated with care and returned to appropriate area at the end of shift. You must report any concerns or issues to your Manager.
- You may be directed to perform other duties or tasks as directed by the Manager.
- Report any untoward activity to your Manager or company Loss Prevention Officer.
- Comply and actively contribute towards all Work Health & Safety regulations and practices of the Flower Power Group.

You must have:

- A hands-on attitude
- Display initiative
- Enjoy working outdoors
- Work well with other team members to achieve store objectives

Applicants should be available to work both during the week and on weekends.
