**Welcome to the Thornlands Centre**

Want to work in a town only 28kms to the Brisbane CBD, you will be close to beaches, parks and markets and have access roads to the Gold and Sunshine Coasts.

We invite you to join our Thornlands team as an **Educator**. As an experienced, warm and passionate Assistant Educator, you will be responsible for planning and implementing a stimulating education program which provides opportunities for the children, families and the wider community. You will do so with the support of a passionate team of Assistant Educators and Early Childhood Teachers.

You will need to hold, or be willing to enrol and work towards
- **Educators**: Certificate level III qualification in Early Childhood
- First Aid, CPR and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
- Paid Blue Card or Exemption Card
- A Police Check current within 3 months or willingness to obtain one

All C&K employees are required to undergo background checks which includes a police check. Also, all C&K employees will need to have obtained their 1st and 2nd vaccinations for COVID-19 as a condition of employment.
