We have a great career opportunity for a Retail Assistant Store Manager to join our brand new Erina Fair boutique that is opening in December. We are looking for someone who embodies not only the job requirements but everything Kookai. Above all, we want someone who excels at customer service and leads by example.
If you have previous management experience, are self-motivated and believe that your people are everything (team and customers) and are looking at furthering yourself towards a career in fashion, then this position is for you. We strongly believe in developing our team to succeed and will provide ongoing training to further develop your capabilities.

Co-leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service
Styling customers
Driving KPI’s
Visual merchandising
Managing administrative requirements
Training and developing
Maintaining store standards
Loss prevention
**Ideally, you have**:
Passion for the retail and customer service industry
Excellent customer service skills
Initiative and effective communication
Retail management experience
A desire to progress within the company
