**Your new company**:
A large workshop based near Redbank, your new company specialises in construction steel fabrication which supplies the mining and resources industry. This Australian business have been in operation for over 30 years and have continued to grow throughout the challenging times of manufacturing in Australia. Coming with a view of ensuring that there variety of work and challenging projects, they are looking at bolstering their team and bringing in more boilermakers and fitters into their team.

**What will you do?**
Working in a strong team-focused environment, you will be responsible for a variety of works. This will include:

- Boilermaking - fabrication work on various agricultural equipment
- Reading and interpreting drawings for fabrication
- Flexible, methodical and willing to learn new skills
- Operating machinery such as Press Break and Guillotine
- Ability to work in workshop in a full-time capacity (Redbank); OR
- Working a

**Who are you?**
You are someone who values teamwork and inclusion. You will be qualified as a Boilermaker or Mechanical Fitter. Along with this you will come with:

- Trade qualifications in Engineering or Mechanical
- Ability to understand engineering drawings and create custom fabrication needs
- Confident in various welding techniques and able to pass a weld test
- Experienced working with construction equipment like excavator buckets or agricultural equipment
- If interested in **site work** come with EWP and Working at Heights Ticket
