**The Company**:
Our client is a Market leading Medium Density home builder, renowned for building beautifully designed contemporary townhouses.

As a result, they have an impressive presence throughout victoria and a huge pipeline of work.

**Your New Role**:

- Supervise all work onsite for multiple townhouses ranging from 6 -12 developments;
- Ensure quality of work throughout all stages of construction within set deadlines. Driving all jobs from start-to-finish;
- Manage & negotiate with sub-contractors. While coordinating their presence on site.;
- Ensure homes are built to specifications, legal requirements & meet council laws;
- Monitor and confirm that ETS is within budgeted parameters;
- Work on / build ongoing relationships with contractors and suppliers.
- Supporting your team to help deliver maximum efficient outcomes
- Promote & maintain safe work protocols at all times - safety inspections as required;
