Findstaff are seeking a full time labourer/ process worker to join our client located in Penrith NSW, Training and opportunities to up skill or train across other areas within this business will be offered as part of this role.

**About the opportunity**:
You would be joining the manufacturing part of their operations, assisting in the operation and maintenance of packaging and processing machines handling a wide variety of products.

**Requirements of the position include**:

- Be available to work full 38 hour weeks (full working rights within Australia)
- This is a physical job involving lifting up to 15kg.
- Attention to detail, you will be required to load raw materials into the machine.
- Comfortable working on your feet for long periods of time.
- Be prepared to adhere to all hygiene practices and procedure.(food safe environment)
- Have safety shoes and long sleeved hi Vis shirts.
- Have previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Work well as part of a team and have solid communication skills.
- Packing finished products into boxes and onto pallets.
- Comfortable working and handling metal. (Cans, Tins, Drums)
- This is a high noise environment, hearing protection will be required at all times.

**What our client is offering.**
- Regular set shifts 6am-2pm Monday to Friday.
- Remuneration $29-$37 per hour + potential overtime. (loading included)
- Initially starting as a casual/ Agency position potently transitioning into full time employment.

- Clean and well set up facility, lunch rooms, water dispensers all readily available.
