**Location**:Western Sydney

**Salary**:$90 - 115K (pending experience) + Super + Salary Packaging

**Role**

This position is responsible for guiding and supporting carer and staff interactions with children and young people in OOHC care, conducting assessments, developing behaviour support plans, therapeutic treatment plans and leading reflective practice to support carers and staff. you will ensure appropriate assessments procedures, risk assessment and therapeutic planning processes and outcome measurements and undertaken for each child.
- Degree level qualification in Psychology or Counselling, Social Work, Occupational Therapy or related field (with post grad training).
- Experience in completing assessments for young people.
- Experience in a child protection related role (preferably in residential or OOHC)
- Driver license
- Supervision and support is may be available for suitable (experience with young people with complex behavioural issues) provisional psychologists interested in this position._

**Further Info**

In return you will be offered a base salary in the region of $90K - 115K + super + the benefits of salary packaging associated for working with a NFP organisation.
