**The Opportunity**

We’re looking for emotionally intelligent, reliable, and purpose-driven Support Workers who want to make a real difference in the lives of NDIS participants with **psychosocial disabilities and intellectual disability**.

This isn’t just a shift-filling job. You’ll be part of a team that builds trust, delivers real outcomes, and supports participants to live safer, fuller, and more independent lives.

**What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)**
- Build strong, consistent relationships with 2-3 regular participants
- Complete shift notes and incident reports clearly and independently
- Support participants in implementing daily routines and NDIS plan goals
- Be seen as dependable, positive, and communicative by your team
- Step up confidently during emotional or behavioural escalations
- Maintain full compliance with shift attendance and documentation

**Your Day-to-Day**
- Support participants with daily routines, emotional regulation, and goal setting
- Encourage community access, life skills, and confidence-building
- Respond to psychosocial and behavioural needs with professionalism and calm
- Liaise with families, support coordinators, and allied health professionals
- Document participant progress with clarity, care, and timeliness

**What We’re Looking For**
- Cert III or IV in Disability, Mental Health, or Community Services
- Experience working with psychosocial disability and/or intellectual disability
- Strong communicator with excellent note-taking and reliability
- Calm under pressure and able to work independently or in a team
- Holds current First Aid & CPR, WWCC, Police Check, Driver Licence, and reliable car

**What We Offer**
- **Pay starts from $33 per hour + 11.5% superannuation**
- (Total $36.80/hr starting point)_
- **Penalty rates apply** - weekend and public holiday shifts can reach **up to $70/hr + super** depending on the shift type
