Are you an experienced professional in the construction industry, passionate about managing projects? We are a renovation company that is growing, and we’re on the hunt for a **Sub Supervisor** to join our dynamic team.

**About the Role**

As a Sub Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind the smooth execution of our residential property projects. Your primary focus will be ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of residential renovation jobs.
- Act as the main point of contact between the office, clients, and tradespeople.
- Communicate effectively with all people involved ensuring clear and timely updates.
- Interpret and implement construction plans, specifications, and terminology with ease.
- Maintain a professional, polite, and well-spoken demeanour while liaising with clients and team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
- Able to do final fit offs on jobsites using a wide variety or trade skills.
- Have good time management and prioritize tasks.

**About You**:
To thrive in this role, you should have:

- Experience in construction and building industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A solid understanding of construction terminology and processes.
- A professional and approachable personality, with a focus on good communication and people skills.
- Must hold a white card or willing to obtain.

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.5 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Construction: 3 years (preferred)
