**About the role**:
We are seeking an experienced Brake Press Operators to join our client’s production teams based in Acacia Ridge and Darra. The positions commence in a casual ongoing nature with a view to permanency.

**Duties will include**:

- Brake Press machine operation
- Read and interpret shop drawings
- Ability to create programs at the machine
- Ability to perform QA checks, measure in-process and completed parts
- Participate in testing and introduction of any new processes or technology
- A proven history in a similar role within a manufacturing / fabrication environment Minimum 1 years Brake Press Experience
- Current Forklift licence, desired
- Strong listening and communication skills
- The ability to work with minimum supervision
- An understanding of quality control systems
- Fabrication Trade (Certificate III in Engineering), desired
