We are working with a respected provider in the workplace rehabilitation industry who are looking for an
**experienced Senior Rehabilitation Counsellor **to work in their
**Sydney CBD office **offering either a
**part-time or a full-time permanent position.**

**The role**:

- Undertaking vocational assessments with clients across Workers Insurance, CTP and Life Insurance portfolios
- Providing appropriate vocational counselling when required
- Attending case conferences with nominated treatment providers
- Maintaining regular contact with all stakeholders
- Conducting and assisting with job seeking sessions and activity
- High-level report writing within a timely manner
- Collaborating with other health and medical practitioners to facilitate treatment objectives
- Encouraging feedback from clients to improve service

Building relationships and trust amongst your stakeholders, you will have a genuine interest in delivering a high-quality return-to-work journey. As a clear and considerate communicator, you'll regularly update all parties on progress. Finally, you will love innovation You will continue to look at ways to improve processes to develop and implement strategies to enable rehabilitation.

**You will**
- Be an experienced Rehabilitation Counsellor (ASORC or RCAA) or Registered Psychologist (Full AHPRA registration)
- Hold a current a Police Clearance (or be willing to obtain)
- Have experience and/or an interest within Occupational Rehabilitation
- Possess Comcare experience (desired, not essential)
- Demonstrate shared values of honesty, integrity, positivity, and a collaborative team player
