Maintenance Planner

JBS Australia’s Northern Division operates five strategically-placed processing facilities as well as five feedlots across Queensland and New South Wales, with access to an extensive network of quality cattle. Our network provides the ability to meet the specific demands of various market segments with an extensive range of grain-fed and pasture-fed products.

**About the role**:
A SAP Maintenance Planner is required to join our team located at the Dinmore plant reporting to the Engineering Manager.

**Responsibilities include (but not limited to)**:

- Planning of electrical PM and corrective maintenance to utilize maintenance workforce
- Engage external vendors to perform maintenance works when required
- Work closely with the site engineer to develop annual budgets
- Identify opportunities to optimize equipment reliability
- Develop and improve electrical equipment maintenance strategies.
- Actively participate in the improvement of site SAP PM master data
- Plan & Schedule annual electrical shutdown works

**About you**:

- Electrical / Mechanical qualifications will be highly regarded;
- Sound knowledge of OH&S regulations;
- A thorough understanding of maintenance planning processes and procedures using SAP PM;
- A thorough understanding of maintenance work management practices;
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and also as part of the maintenance team;
- Effective problem-solving capacity;
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills;
- Shutdown planning experience will be highly regarded
