**About the role**

We are looking for casual aged and disability support workers who have a driver’s licence and car to join our rapidly growing team. Shifts are available between Monday to Friday 7am - 6pm, with opportunities for weekend work.

You will be providing assistance at home and in the community, such as
- Transport
- Shopping
- Personal care
- Companionship
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Social and community access

**Qualifications**:
**_About you_**
- A genuine passion for providing high quality care to your clients
- Great communication & team work skills
- Flexibility & the ability to adapt to change
- A minimum Certificate 3 in Aged Care/Disability
- Current Driver’s licence and access to a comprehensive insured vehicle
- Current Provide First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Australian Federal Police Check
- NSW Working with Children’s Check
- Willing to drive to clients between **Carlingford and Lidcombe, Auburn to Strathfield/Burwood, including Homebush, Concord and surrounding suburbs.**

**Our Benefits**

The starting hourly rate is from $36.18 per hour + shift loadings + superannuation

Ongoing support and supervision by our dedicated Care Coordination Team consisting of trained Enrolled and Registered Nurses.
