**Role**

This is a 2IC opportunity for the GM attracting a very competitive salary in the mid to high $100's plus bonuses.
- Oversight of delivery of reporting for Monthly Risk Committee, Monthly Board and Bi-Monthly Audit and Risk Committee
- Implement the Risk Profiling Standard assisting first line risk
- Align risk profiles across enterprise
- Lead ongoing risk awareness program
- Assist with annual Risk Appetite Statement Review
- GRC Relationship Lead for one or more Executives
- Assist with Fraud Risk Strategy Execution

**Requirements**:

- Risk Management, Compliance and Internal Audit frameworks
- Exceptional written communication and examples of Board Level reporting - clear and concise information, dashboards, infographics
- Risk Management software (eg Archer, SNOW ServiceNow)
- Strong MS Project, Powerpoint, Signavio, Visio, ARIS
- High degree of autonomy and initiative, willingness to go the extra mile to support the Executive, Board and CRO
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications
