**About the Role**:
As one of our valued **Property Manager**, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, building strong relationships with owners and renters, and ensuring a seamless rental experience. Your key duties will include:

- Managing rental properties & conducting routine inspections
- Handling lease agreements & renewals
- Coordinating maintenance & repairs
- Liaising with owners, renters & tradespeople
- Ensuring compliance with Victorian tenancy laws

**About You**:

- Previous experience in Property Management (essential)
- Current **Agent’s Representative Certificate** (essential)
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle
