As a **Duty Manager**, you'll be crucial in ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently, maintaining high service standards for our customers, taking on leadership roles, and contributing to our store's success. You'll undergo our Duty Manager Development Program to enhance your operational and leadership skills for overseeing a large team in our dynamic and expanding setting.

**What you’ll need**:Previous retail or hospitality experience in a fast-paced environment is desirable, a sales-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting KPIs, proficiency in merchandising various products, strong communication abilities, preferably with team leadership experience, and flexibility to work a rotating schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: Up to $28.69 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
