Interior Designer

Our client, a leading commercial space renovation company based in Sydney, recognized for their innovative and bespoke design solutions. As part of their continued growth, they are currently seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join their dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver innovative interior design projects from concept through to completion, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
- Develop and present design proposals using AutoCAD for detailed drawings and Adobe Creative Suite for visual presentations.
- Independently manage commercial projects, coordinating all phases of the design process.
- Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers, maintaining clear communication to meetproject objectives.
- Navigate local regulatory approval processes (CDC, DA) for project compliance.
- Understand construction processes, materials, and quoting to contribute effectively to project planning and execution.**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing commercial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for technical drawings and Adobe Creative Suite for graphic presentations.
- Ability to independently handle commercial design projects from inception to completion.
- Familiarity with local regulatory processes (CDC, DA) related to commercial renovations.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, with excellent communication skills for effective client consultations.
