At Wellcare Australia, we provide shared housing and assistance for mental health participants with ongoing care needs. Our vision is to provide excellent person-centered and recovery-oriented care, through the provision of our support workers, to help our participants through their recovery journey. Wellcare Australia is also a registered NDIS provider.

We are seeking experienced, suitably qualified, and motivated people to fulfill numerous casual Support Worker positions within our residential houses. The successful applicants will work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver holistic care and support to our participants.

The successful applicants will need to have a minimum Certificate IV in Mental Health, Disability Services, or other related field, as well as three (3) years experience in working in a residential care or mental health setting.

**NOTE**: Applicants must obtain a Working with Children clearance through the Office of Children's Guardian (NSW) and undergo a National Criminal History Check prior to an offer of employment. Applicants must also hold a current First Aid and CPR Certificate, COVID19 Vaccination certificate and complete the NDIS Orientation Module and COVID-19 Infection Control Module prior to employment.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
