**Our Family**: - We are a warm, loving family of four with two young children (B4 and G6) + 2 dogs. Our home is filled with energy, laughter and a strong sense of routine. We value respect, kindness, and a calm and positive home environment. We love to travel, spend time outdoors and see friends and family. G6 is at school 5 days a week and B4 goes to preschool 4 days a week. **Your Duties**: - Building a strong relationship with the children - Organising and planning fun, creative, and engaging activities/outings - Care for sick children if needed - Preparing nutritious meals/snacks for the kids - Keep bedrooms and play area tidy - Running errands may be required (e.g., walking the dogs, post office run or getting groceries). - Light household duties (e.g., washing and folding and tidying up). The role requires occasional weekend work, evening work, flexibility to travel interstate and overseas - the family spends a lot of time in Sweden. On occasion the role may also require the applicant to start or finish outside of normal working hours. The family will provide a flexible work environment, open communication and a beautiful workplace. - Annual salary, superannuation, four weeks annual leave and two weeks paid sick leave. If required to stay overnight additional remuneration will be provided at a pre agreed rate. **Our Perfect Caregiver**: - We are looking for a trustworthy, nurturing and highly organised full-time or part-time nanny. This role would best suit someone who is adaptable, playful, proactive and passionate about child development - and someone who wants to become a trusted part of our family and help our kids grow with confidence and care. The applicant must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience working with children. Understanding in Child Development, Child Related Qualifications is a plus. Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate, including Working with Children Check and Police Check, Driving Licence. Fluent in English or Swedish, and excellent communication and writing skills.
