**Role**:
As the Settlement Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing a team of dedicated Settlement Specialists, ensuring a seamless and efficient settlement process.

By spearheading the settlement operations, you will have the opportunity to drive customer satisfaction, contribute to process enhancement initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost our product performance and operational efficacy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilise your exceptional leadership skills to inspire and guide a team of Settlement Specialists, fostering a positive team culture rooted in collaboration. Your guidance and support will be instrumental in helping the team achieve their objectives.
- Continuously evaluate settlement processes, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and automation. Your fresh ideas will enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and elevate the overall customer experience.
- Ensure meticulous and accurate recording and processing of all required settlement documents. Uphold compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies, guaranteeing a compliant and seamless settlement process.
- Collaborate closely with the Product team, offering valuable feedback, suggesting improvements, and actively contributing to the development of new features that enhance the settlement process and elevate the overall customer experience.

**Experience/Skills**:

- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or senior role within Customer Service or Settlement, preferably within the financial services industry or a fintech startup.
- Prior experience in team management or leadership positions is highly advantageous.
- Exhibit exceptional problem-solving abilities, demonstrating a talent for breaking down complex problems into logical components and resolving them analytically.
- Display excellent communication skills, effectively articulating thoughts and ideas to stakeholders at all levels, fostering strong and productive relationships.
- Excel in relationship building, both internally and externally, establishing and nurturing connections with stakeholders to ensure fruitful collaboration.
- Possess a genuine passion for technology, displaying an innate tech-savviness that allows for the quick adoption of new systems and technologies.
