As a Disability Support Worker specialising in high complex care, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate and tailored support to individuals with physical disabilities and those experiencing the challenges of ageing and behavior support.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Offering personalised care and assistance to clients in their daily activities.
- Assisting with mobility, personal hygiene, and medication management.
- Implementing care plans developed in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
