We are now recruiting a **casual Cellar Door Host **at Berri Estates to deliver exceptional customer experience to our visitors, showcasing some the depth of the Accolade Wines portfolio.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Deliver an exceptional customer experience to cellar door customers, recommending wines, and acting as tour guide
- Operate the cash register, including daily opening, closing and balancing duties
- Promote our wine club membership to visitors and sign up new members
- Undertake daily housekeeping duties to maintain the cellar door appearance
- Restock the cellar door and stock room
- Pick, pack and dispatch wine orders for customers

**What you'll bring**:

- A genuine understanding and passion for wine, and the ability to communicate brand and SKU information to customers.
- Exceptional customer service skills, providing our customers with the best experience possible.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol training (RSA)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with experience in a cellar door or the wine industry (highly desirable)
- Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft suit and EDM software (desirable)
