**About the role**:

- Develop and execute tailored store plans in alignment with Myer strategic goals
- Monitor performance and adapt strategies to drive financial success
- Foster a high performance, customer focused culture that reflects Myer values
- Lead, coach and develop your leadership team to build capability and engagement
- Champion innovation and adaptability through clear communication and role modelling
- Build strong relationship with internal stakeholders, customers and local community

- Proven success in delivering strong financial results in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong, inspirational leadership capability that promotes resilience, customer-centricity and continuous improvement
- Ability to inspire others through creation and communication of vision, demonstrate personal commitment, passion and excitement to achieve business results
- Strong retail operations and merchandising expertise to elevate the customer experience
- Skilled in building and maintaining productive relationships with internal and external business partners
- Commitment to safety, service and operational standards

Management team members work across rotating fortnightly rosters to meet our key store trading hours, including weekends and peak trading times.
