**We are currently recruiting a passionate Spa Receptionist to join Azure Spa at The Star Gold Coast.**

As a member of the Azure Spa team, you’ll play an integral part in delivering the ultimate guest experience Azure Spa & Fitness offers a wide range of indulgent treatments, using leading skin care brands. The day spa boasts six treatment rooms, including a dual treatment space and an exclusive outdoor cabana to hire.

**Duties include**:

- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with all spa enquiries
- Maximise Spa bookings, upselling, rebooking where possible
- Treatment check-in/check-out of guests
- Ensure guest profiles are up-to-date and detail changes are promptly updated in our Spa Software system

**What are we looking for?**
- Previous experience as a Spa Receptionist or Luxury Hotel Front Desk Agent
- Flexible availability including rotational weekend work
- Ability to provide post treatment advice and assist with retail sales
- A friendly & customer service-oriented individual with the ability to work well in a team environment
