**About Us**:
One Tap Cocktail Bar is a vibrant, fast-paced venue specializing in innovative draft cocktails and light food. We’re seeking a reliable **Kitchen Hand** to support our kitchen operations and general duties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and handle light food with strict adherence to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate on menu ideas to complement our cocktail offerings.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen in a fast-working environment.
- Food preparation, plating, and stock management.
- General cleaning and dishwashing.

**Requirements**:

- **Food Safety Supervisor Certificate** or **Food Handling Certificate** (mandatory).
- **RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)** certification. (preferred)
- Previous experience, preferably in a bar or light food setting.
- Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
- Valid work permit in Australia.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.10 - $54.23 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Fixed shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Shift work

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
- Tips

**Experience**:

- Kitchen: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
